| ALL KLINGER sight glasses are made of "extra hard" borosilicate glass of low thermal expansion and excellent chemical properties.The glasses are pressed, ground, polished and thermally prestressed. They are suitable for use in temperatures ranging from - 273°C to + 430°C. They can also be used for saturated steam of 180 bar, with special glass up to 224 bar, and for cold pressures up to 400 bar.

| The KLINGER reflex and transparent sight glasses are made to the following standards: ONORM M 3754, DIN 7081, TGL 7210, JIS 88211, OMV-Spez, H2009, MIL-G-18498B, Esso Eng. Spez. 123, BS 3463.

| The KLINGER round sight glasses are from 31.75 to 200mm in diameter, with KLINGERIT sealing and cushion gaskets. Any other diameter, can be made, however, upon inquiry.
